Beginning your journey with the Temple of the Original Thunder Online is very easy!
While you are more than welcome to sign up for any of our programs, it is recommended that you experience the Superself Program.
Superself is an Empowering experience that will supply you with the core view, orientation, and life-enriching methods of our work.
With practice and application, you can use what you've learned in Superself to completely Transform and Uplevel in the school of Life!
Embodiment
Having students learn the curriculum is nice, but seeing students Embody the curriculum is miraculous!
At the Temple of the Original Thunder, there is a heavy emphasis on correct View & Orientation, Awareness & Willpower, and Clarity & Wisdom.
The path is very Clear, yet it is only natural that we sometimes stumble off course. With such cloudiness Embodiment becomes difficult.
But with the correct pointing out, students have a higher chance to experience success. As success accumulates, direction becomes clear and resolve builds; the harbinger of Embodiment.
Teacher Training
Our curriculums at the Temple of the Original Thunder are modular in structure, allowing a aspiring teacher to incrementally build credibility with a progression of certification.
The Temple of the Original Thunder is an open system school, meaning that is a principle based system without any favoritism or politics. If you Qualify you Qualify!

About Kelly Ryan Lake
Sifu Kelly Ryan Lake D.M.Q. (China) is the Founder and Head Instructor at the Temple of the Original Thunder, a self-mastery school providing training in Chinese Internal Martial Arts, Qigong, Neigong, Meditation, and Esoteric Daoism.
Originally beginning his path in the Japanese Martial Arts at a young age, Kelly's journey led him to quickly find home in the Chinese Internal Arts. While his time with the Japanese Tradition was short lived, it is worth mentioning as the core principles had made a lasting impression as his training continued with a Seven Animal Kungfu System.
From there, Kelly would dedicate himself to the practice of the Chinese Internal Arts of Baguazhang, Taijiquan, Qigong, and Daoism; Eventually earning the title of Sifu in the Martial Tradition and Daoshi in the Daoist Tradition. During this time, Kelly found a home in his spiritual studies at the Grace Essence Mandala.
Today Kelly enjoys teaching and practicing throughout the week. Always exploring, learning, and deepening his understanding of these priceless traditions.

- 2016, Boxing and Kickboxing Instructor
- 2017, Founded the Temple of the Original Thunder
